I'm Greg Johansen and I've spent most of my life suffering from panic and anxiety attacks.

It was personal battle. My friends and even most of my family thought it was a mental illness, and the medical advice I got just didn't help control it.

I expected to live my entire life battling this horrible condition until a good friend introduced me to an outstanding anxiety relief system, and boy did my life change!

This is my story of how I overcame a lifelong condition and finally found something that worked. I hope that my experience can help you as well.

I would first like to tell you that I am not a Doctor or someone with any type of professional knowledge of the medical field, and you should always consult with a Doctor for any condition that is bothering you.

What I'm doing here is providing my experience to you for informational purposes in the hopes that you can eventually find relief.

Now, let me tell you a little about myself...

Every since my early teens I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. These dreadfully embarrassing things would come on whenever I found myself in a worrisome or nervous situation, and believe me, I was always nervous of these attacks striking, and so they did...

To make matters worse, most adults typically don’t have any idea what panic attack disorder is, and when they see it in action they tend to look negatively on the person having the attack.

However, when you're a kid, none of your friends know anything about the condition either, and also tend to label you as "weird" as a result.

It was certainly tuff growing up with this disorder.

As a kid, I thought I’d simply outgrow it, or somehow when I got older it would all be better. Not true.

I ended up skipping out on many wonderful experiences because I thought they would only bring on an attack. Only God knows what I lost as a result of it. School dances, graduation events, going out on dates, these are all things that I had put off as a kid because they would trigger anxiety, and thus an attack.

In fact, I ended up quitting school at the age of 16 and spent 5 years after that quite depressed of what this disorder made of me.

But I battled on...

At the age of 22 I'm proud to say that I decided to take control of my life from being afraid of these things. I realized that I could live a life of depression or I could try and make something of myself. I eventually went back to school and on to college. I'm quite proud of that.

However, no matter how firm of a stance I put against these attacks, I was still under the fearful umbrella of one of these attacks starting at the wrong time, and believe me, they did.

Once I decided to put myself out there and attend school and get a job and meet girls, my nerves began working in overdrive.

I had many attacks, which were basically shortness of breath followed by very rapid heart beating, and just scary feelings. Each time I would think that I'm on the verge of a heart attack, which ended up feeding the attack and making the experience worse.

Needless to say, I experienced a lot of embarrassment and did a lot of explaining. Still, nobody really understood.

I eventually learned to live with it until I was introduced to a great Anxiety Attack Help System by a good friend. By this stage in my life I had probably self-help techniques for panic attacks and I had come to the conclusion that they were all pretty useless.

However, my friend said he had known someone with a good experience with the techniques in this system so he pressured me to give it a shot, which I did.

This product struck my interest almost immediately after reading the author's history with panic attacks. He was an actual panic attack sufferer who found a way to naturally get rid of his symptoms. His personal story was like reading my own. I was immediately hooked.

Then as I read more I found stories of all kinds of people that had the exact same symptoms as I did and were virtually symptom free after following the advice in the system. In fact, over 40,000 sufferers have had dramatic success with this system.

Honestly, if the system did nothing for me, I would still consider it a good experience because of all the stuff in it which I could relate to. It was obvious the author suffered from panic attacks, and in a way it's nice to relate to someone that had the same experiences.

But the system did much better than that...

After finishing the system, I can honestly tell you that I was no different than those success stories I read about. In fact, within 3 weeks of using the technique described in the system I was symptom free of any panic and anxiety attacks, and I continue to be symptom free to this very day. The key is that I know how to avoid them now!

I now live my life without worrying about these attacks coming on and embarrassing me or my friends/co-workers. This was a life changing experience for me, and I owe a lot to my fiend that introduced the system to me.

I hate to say it, but most of my friends didn't understand panic attacks and had a negative impression of me because of them. One friend understood and tried to find some help for me when I thought there was none. His effort and kindness has given me a life that I really never knew - a good life worry free of anxiety and panic disorder.

I hope that this information can make its way to you and benefit you in the same way it did me.
